In addition to our standard PC Headset to RJ9 Phone Adapter which can be plugged into many handset and headset jacks, this adapter is used specifically with Cisco phone headset jacks.
Cisco headset jacks have a slightly different wiring for the RJ9/RJ10/RJ22 plug. (RJ11 is not used for headset jacks)
