Our first line includes a high-quality call center headset with quick connect/disconnect technology that adapts to numerous RJ9 telephones. In addition to our new professional headset, we’ve also designed and released the Agent Buddy, a headset adaption device designed for training telephone professionals. The Agent Buddy products allow seasoned call center and sales pros to train new and veteran staff alike. This device allows two headset users to be on one call simultaneously with dual mute buttons. We designed this line of products because we received numerous requests from customers to fill the void in products aimed at call center and telephone applications.
